Our 2024 South Georgia Annual Conference Session is set for June 2-5. The Conference Program Committee, the Local Arrangements Team, and the South Central District are excited to welcome everyone to our venue, the UGA Tifton Campus Conference Center, in Tifton, Ga. The basic agenda for our time together can be viewed here.

In addition, the 2023 Journal of the South Georgia Annual Conference is now available for purchase or download. You can see information on ordering or downloading the Journal below.
Please note: this email is being sent to clergy and both the 2023 and 2024 lay members to Annual Conference. Pastors, please make sure your lay member(s) to the 2024 Annual Conference session receives this email, and others to come, by making sure you have updated the lay leadership assignments through your church dashboard.

2023 Conference Journal now available
Journal includes conference business, directories, reports, appointments, and statistical tables
The 2023 Journal of the South Georgia Annual Conference is now available for purchase. Those wishing to purchase a Conference Journal will order their copy(ies) online directly from the printer. The cost of the Journal is $25 each plus tax and shipping.
“I am appreciative of the time and effort that our Journal Editor, Rev. Dr. Ted Goshorn, put into this year’s publication,” said Meredyth Earnest, Conference Secretary. “The Journal is our official record of conference ministry, and I am grateful for this and Ted’s many other contributions to our annual conference.”

The Conference is using www.Lulu.com, an online print-on-demand publishing company, to print the 2023 Journal of the South Georgia Annual Conference. Orders will be made and processed via their secure website and shipped directly from their facility.

As in year’s past, the Journal is also available as a free PDF download. In response to growing concerns about internet privacy, the electronic version of the Conference Journal has been placed on a password-protected section of our website. This digital version can be found by logging in to the Church Dashboard or Extension Ministry Dashboard. Every local church has a username and password for their church dashboard. South Georgia lay members and retired clergy not serving a church may obtain a digital copy from their local church.
